Coaches who have been where you are.
One-to-one support from professionally qualified coaches with years of lived experience of addiction. Recovery is possible.
Not everyone feels comfortable and understood in traditional recovery pathways.
Our coaches have been where you are, felt what you’re feeling, and know what it takes to get your life back. You’ll work on a fully personalised programme built around your lifestyle, circumstances and goals.
Qualified, and been there
Professionally qualified coaches with years of lived experience of addiction behind them.
A safe space to open up
Somewhere to say the thing you have not said out loud, without judgement or a script.
A programme built around you
Personalised to your lifestyle, your circumstances and the goals you actually have.
What we coach on.

Gambling
The harm the organisation was built around — and the one most people arrive with.

Drugs
Coaching that treats the behaviour and the head space behind it, not one substance.

Alcohol
Work on triggers, environments and the social circles that keep it going.

Athlete support
A confidential route for players and staff, arranged through the club or direct.
What we work on together.
Relationships
Working through your social circles to figure out who risks your recovery and who supports it.
Behaviour changes
Understanding which behaviours you need to display to become the person you want to be.
Habit building
Structure and routine, so that your habits and actions line up with your intentions.
Boundary setting
Personal boundaries that keep the journey low-risk when everything around it is not.
Relapse prevention
A process and a plan specific to you, to follow when times get hard.
And the tools you keep
- Journalling and affirmation prompts
Help you rewire your internal voice and get focused on being the best version of yourself.
- Reflection sheet
Track how your day went and understand when and why certain emotions, feelings or triggers show up.
- Progress tracker
Clear sight of your long-term and short-term goals, creating accountability and focus for the week ahead.
Meet Conor.

My recovery, in my words — Conor
Video · 2:24 — coming soon
“Addiction took me to some very dark places, places where no one wants to be.”
What started off as a bit of fun transpired into every day using, completely controlling my head space and dictating my behaviours. Everything I did in life was to enable my addiction.
I’ve been clean since 2021, retrained as an RCP (Recovery Coach Professional) and fully committed myself to my recovery. I’ve been there and know what it takes — which is why I’m now coaching and supporting others to do the same.
